Dal 1° gennaio 2024 diventa operativa l'incorporazione di SOSE in Sogei, come previsto dalla legge n.112 del 2023 che ha disposto la fusione della società.

Cristiano Cannarsa, graduated in Mechanical Engineering, has been enrolled in the Order of Engineers of Rome since 1988.

During his long managerial career in the service of public administration, he has been Head of Management at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Director at Terna Spa. 
Between 2011 and 2017 he was at Sogei Spa where he was first appointed Sole Director, then Chief Executive Officer and President. From 2017 to 2023 he was CEO of Consip.
In June 2023 he returned to Sogei Spa as CEO and in July he was appointed CEO of SOSE Spa.  

Cristiano Cannarsa is Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
