Stefano Antonio Sernia in 2001 participates, as Head of the Accounting and Budget Sector, in the start-up project of the Revenue Agency. He remained in the Financial Administration for almost 15 years until he finally held the role of Central Director of Administration, Planning and Control.

He subsequently became Director of Agea, of Agecontrol SpA; Director of Administration, Finance and Management Control of Lazio Crea SpA; General Secretary of the Venice Foundation and CEO of M9 District srl. From 2011 to 2016 he was also a member of the Supervisory Body of Equitalia Nord SpA.

He is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
