The Research Department relies on a Scientific Committee, composed of authoritative personalities from the national and international academic world, responsible for defining  research guidelines, assessment and validation, at scientific level, of projects and products developed by SOSE and dissemination of results.

In SOSE each production process is accompanied by continuous innovation and development, every project, carried out by internal and external researchers, is actually the result of a research and experimentation activity that stimulates resources, outlines training plans and defines project requirements and business development strategies through seminars and thematic workshops.
