Dal 1° gennaio 2024 diventa operativa l'incorporazione di SOSE in Sogei, come previsto dalla legge n.112 del 2023 che ha disposto la fusione della società.

Raffaella Rosato graduated in Law from the Sapienza University of Rome. 

She began his career in the Chamber of Deputies as Parliamentary Assistant, with the task of following the legislative activities of the First Constitutional Affairs Commission. Second Justice Committee; Fifth Budget and Treasury Committee, Committee of Inquiry). 

From 1996 to 2001 he held the post of Head of the particular and technical secretariat of the State Secretary in the Ministries of Finance, Cultural Heritage and Interior. 

At SOSE, he was Head of Purchasing and Internal Auditing.

Among the formative experiences, he attended the "Specialization Course for Components Supervisory Bodies ex Dlgs 231/2001 and other responsible for controls" and obtained the Diploma in "Control and Internal Auditing". 

At its meeting on 22 September 2021, the Board of Directors appointed her as Responsible for Prevention, Corruption and Transparency.
