Saverio Testa graduated in Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Calabria. He got a Master degree in Commercial Company Management at Commerce Study Centre – Cescom of the University of Milan Bocconi.

Whitin his professional experience he covered many positions of responsibility in Management Control. He was Financial controller and later General Director of LEASINVEST Spa, national finance company of CONAD Group.

One of his most formative experience was the  Advanced Executive Program (AEP) KELLOGG that he attended at the School of Management of Northwestern University – Evanston, Illinois, USA in 2006.

In 2008 he joined SOSE as head of the Unit “Economists”. Later he was appointed as head of the unit Corruption Prevention and Transparency and also of the Unit Integrated Compliance. At present he is in charge of the Risk Management Unit aiming to manage corporate risks, to guarantee adequate internal audit processes, to coordinate the maintenance and the development of the Model under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and of the integrated quality and security management system.
