The aim of the project is to calculate the performance analysis of the Lithuanian municipalities.

The Italian experience of standard expenditure needs is recognized as an European excellence and it will be the basis of the project. Therefore, SOSE CEO Vieri Ceriani and Francesco Porcelli went to Lithuania for the kickoff meeting in cooperation with the Lithuanian authorities. 

The meeting held on July 4 officially defined SOSE's consultancy activities to support the Lithuanian government in the project entitled "MUNICIPAL DEBT RESTRUCTURING: DESIGN TO TOOL FOR THE EVALUATION OF THE LONG RUN SUSTAINABILITY OF LG'S FINANCIAL STRUCTURE " funded by the Structural Reform Support Services of the European Commission.
