The Gazette des communes organizes the second edition of the Observatory dedicated to the costs of public services.
At the event, scheduled for December 4th in Paris, SOSE will be represented by Mr. Vieri Ceriani, who will illustrate the experience of standard needs in Italy. The different aspects of public finance of Italian local authorities play an important role in SOSE's activities .
The activity of determining the standard needs aimed at overcoming historical expenditure was created and developed in 2011, in a variegated scientific and regulatory framework, and has the public economy as a reference sector.
SOSE provides technical support to the governing bodies of public finance through the analysis and monitoring of expenses, revenues and services offered by local authorities, regions with ordinary statute and the entities of the Sicily Region.
The Paris Observatory aims to deepen the knowledge of the technical and methodological steps that are essential for the revision of public spending through the sharing of experiences of several European realities, including the Italian one. SOSE was invited to present its activities among the international best practices.
